Last week, just six months after the mayor's self-serving back-patting session with the local media was published, a different picture emerged of JBI, which was accused by the federal Securities and Exchange Commission of "engaging in a scheme to commit securities and accounting fraud by reporting materially false and inaccurate financial information on the company's financial statements..."
