RockTenn has some locations in the state, and JBI’s vice president of blending is from Texas, so Bordynuik said he feels his company is likely to establish a footprint in the state before long.

The Negative NYSE: RKT Hype Evolution -- UPDATED!!!

(1) First JBII will never score a partnership with a large company.
(2) Then okay they got a deal with NYSE: RKT, but it's only a referral agreement and will never be a P2O direct partnership.
(3) Then okay, they got a P2O direct partnership with NYSE: RKT, but it is only for ragger tail.
(4) Then okay it's for ragger tail AND for plastic, but their plastic-only monofills don't exist.
(5) Then okay, their plastic-only monofills are filled with plastic only, but processing that plastic will get them in trouble.
(6) Then okay, the trouble part was laughable, but they'll never pick a site based on an agreement addendum.
(7) Then okay, the first site was picked eons ago and there really was a signed agreement addendum, but the deal only benefits NYSE: RKT.
(8) Then okay the raggertail was successfully processed and JBII will benefit, but the first plant isn't complete yet so it doesn't count as a plant.

how can you know they do not have work going on installing equipment at another site (RKT)?

It has been a long time since the strategy of build up NY to 3 processors and buy in the parts for RKT #1 was announced, and they don't have anywhere to store the parts in NY as the new building only has one wall up.

No where does it say they are operational on RKT site but I bet they have equipment there and are working on it.

I wish the SEC hadn't clamped down on them so they flow of nice PR's has stopped. We should get monthly updates not have to wait until March to find out things were done in October.
