how can you know they do not have work going on installing equipment at another site (RKT)?

It has been a long time since the strategy of build up NY to 3 processors and buy in the parts for RKT #1 was announced, and they don't have anywhere to store the parts in NY as the new building only has one wall up.

No where does it say they are operational on RKT site but I bet they have equipment there and are working on it.

I wish the SEC hadn't clamped down on them so they flow of nice PR's has stopped. We should get monthly updates not have to wait until March to find out things were done in October.
