Nah. T trades are just AH. Since there's no AH session for JBII and since the OTC isn't an exchange, it's just a trade that didn't get reported until after the market closed.
No biggie and no more indicative of a massive conspiracy than the Reg Sho FTDs that are reported on virtually every stock, every day.
