every trade that posts *after the mkt closes* on the tape
does not show via daily reg sho <OTC>

edit>> and to be equally literal .. every trade that posts
on the tape *PM* <pre market ie b4 9:30 open> also doesn't
sho via daily reg sho volume totals

i actually point it out on the tape and the detailed quote
when i post out the tape

but as always it's ok to agree to disagree ..

As I've shown, virtually every stock, including the big guys like AAPL and GOOG have significant reg sho shares.
They are meaningless.
