Because its like a ballon and the air always travels out faster...SPY has been rallying for quite a while now and a retrace or major economic news will bring this down but not by a lot but significant.

oh yeah that trend that you see from mid dec to now look at the volume....so low after earnings season when everyone drank the cool aid and we reach somewhere around july highs a big dump will happen. $SPY
