Basically The way I see it know ith this GVRP mess and then Mario printing certs fro a company he doesnt own with BCIT is that the SEC et al are basically allowing for legalized counterfieting. Their REG SHO was a joke as a new short can cover and old short. If you sell something on EBAY or anywhere else for that matter that you do not own you get arrested for Fraud. BUt in the securities Market its OK to sell phony shares etc.
