The obvious question: Will Amphastar and WPI launch at-risk, despite the chance that they could end up losing the Lovenox patent case and be on the hook for very substantial damages? The market is saying that they will.

Ok so the Federal Circuit granted the Amphastar request for a stay.

Stay of what? The injunction against sale of aL? (guessing that is it)

IF SO, and given that this comes after briefing the appeal AND oral argument, it does not bode well for a favorable (to MNTA) outcome on appeal.

Thus, MNTA is back to losing money and hoping for mC to come through.

Feel free to correct any of this I have wrong.
