I assume so, what else is there to stay? It is more than a little aggravating that essentially nothing is available for download from this court's website, so if there is more detail in the order, I can't access it. It would be instructive to know the grounds for the stay, if it has to do with irreparable damages, that is one thing, if they are inclining towards accepting the Bolar amendment argument that this is non infringing, that is rather worse. It certainly did not seem that was the way they were leaning from the oral argument.
