You're missing my point. I wasn't the one that started with a "hypothetical" view of things. I pointed out that ignoring that possibility makes his Q&A not an impartial one. I am a guy of a scientific and logic mind and unlike most people I have the ability to look at things without being affected by other factors. Kind of like a computer, I looked at Catz Q&A and found something that jumped at me, because it guides people into a certain way of thinking. So you can talk about odds and such, it still doesn't change the fact that to be fair and impartial one has to look at all possibilities.
Clawman, I agree with your assessment completely. I will take it one step further and that being the only way this plan will not continue will be because of TPSC who IMHO, will stop at NOTHING to get a "Writ of Mandamus" signed by a higher power to "stay" this mess and this COULD be SCOTUS before this travesty is confirmed.
