I do agree with you that we all got into this stock with our own free will and to buy as many shares as we all have in a free society. But now to be told you have to vote one way or another for those shares to mean anything and you don't know what that anything represents either, is a big leap. And when rich folks are in the controlling situation it begs the question are our intersts at all on their minds or not. I think they are not but they have made the rules and own the game and the bucket we are all in.
I don't find that point of view to be very logical at all. It is also highly impractical. One does not waste time and effort writing up details about an outcome scenario that is highly unlikely to occur except where one would need to be immediately prepared to deal with that scenario should it occur.
I find quite strange and grossly unjustified your criticism of Catz' Q&A as not being "impartial" or "fair" because he did not address the "plan denial" scenario.
