Yes, both outcomes are "hypothetically" possible at this point in time. But in the end there will be one and only one outcome, and - if you have been following this case the way a number of us have - you would know that the judge denying this version of the plan has about as much chance as your high school football team beating the Packers. Is it possible, hypothetically speaking? Yes. Would you bet significant money on it happening? No.

Both outcomes are possible. But the odds are overwhelming that this plan will be confirmed in mid-February. So talking about the very low percentage chance outcome (plan denial) when the stakes are so high is silly. Just plain silly.

In this situation, the only rational thing to do at this moment in time is to assume confirmation will happen and to get the ballot in on time. If - by some amazing turn of fortune - the judge denies the plan, then we will reassess at that time. But not today.
