As I replied in a separate email, there is no point to look at the whole G+ population in ph1/2 as predicative for ph2b because ph2b include only significant G+ pts where majority will be triple negative.
That was my implied point that triple negative status usually is known. As of why they tested only 14 pts, some pts don't give consent to give samples, or use samples when it isn't prerequirement for enrollment.
