This, I strongly agree, would greatly improve my consistency.

We've been talking about Admin tools for about 1+ years now...so where are they at? :)

Seriously though, I definitely agree that if I could make notes on people's accounts, it would help a lot.

It's getting harder and harder to remember all the people I've suspended and made deals with and such. A notes section would be a lot of help. Operating from the seat of my pants is the way I like to operate and have done for years, but it's really getting too large to remember all that.

I just want to interject at this point how refreshing it is to see the two owners actually discussing in public how to take IHUB to the next level.

It is clear that you two could easily keep these conversations behind the scenes, but it is fantastic that you are willing, and both recognize the importance of, clarifying these issues online.

It strongly adds to the IHUB Credibility!

Matt, I like what Bob is saying. It is setting down the clearly definable terms regarding suspensions and terminations.

This way, you can wear the BAD BOY ADMIN hat, and still be a part of the fun lovin' IHUB community all at the same time! Let Bob set up a program to police the suspended accounts so you can spend ten minutes a day being THE TERMINATOR and the rest of the day as ANDY TAYLOR (lol)
