A form 504 is the means by which a pink sheet stock dilutes shares to raise money. When that is terminated, it turns the supply off and usually raises the demand for shares.

Here is how i understand it..the end of the 504 doesn't necessarily mean its the end of selling/ dilution. It just means that the company has stopped selling discounted shares to 3rd party financiers, for now. Either because it has reached dollar limit allowed, they ran out of shares, or just decided to pull the plug. The company could have sold a chit ton 504 shares to financiers at a steep discount, that have not hit the market yet. The financiers can sell them whenever they want at any price they want..

trade L2 on this on this one from here on out.. throw the chart out the window. The 1st hint of any MM showing a 5k block while selling millions will be a sure sign to exit imo.

oren: Information on IJJP's 504 offering can be found here: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=70063118

As SIIX mentioned, the PR stating they are ceasing the selling of these below-market free-trading shares does not mean the end of the dilution, especially since they have other sources of dilution as discussed here: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=71149744

IJJP has no legitimate business -- it is simply a pump and dump being run-up on a momentum (momo) play. As with all P&Ds, some people will be buying at the top when the momo traders are selling. There are always bagholders when the dump is done.

IJJP is not a stock you want to hold long, even if you end up a bagholder. Clifford Pope will dilute this stock into the ground just as he did in 2010. Selling stock is the only source of capital. He personally takes $100,000 of the proceeds from the 504 offerings in addition to issuing millions of shares of stock to himself.

Unless you are very experienced in trading stocks with toxic dilution, you might want to sit this one out. Inexperienced traders are the ones who usually end up holding the bag. If you decide to play, don't invest more than you can afford to lose and don't try to wait for the top to exit.
