Here is how i understand it..the end of the 504 doesn't necessarily mean its the end of selling/ dilution. It just means that the company has stopped selling discounted shares to 3rd party financiers, for now. Either because it has reached dollar limit allowed, they ran out of shares, or just decided to pull the plug. The company could have sold a chit ton 504 shares to financiers at a steep discount, that have not hit the market yet. The financiers can sell them whenever they want at any price they want..
trade L2 on this on this one from here on out.. throw the chart out the window. The 1st hint of any MM showing a 5k block while selling millions will be a sure sign to exit imo.
