CAT is ready for Puts soon if not already, check out its RSI, but to make sure i'd probably hedge with some Calls into earnings. I have no idea what CAT will do on earnings, most of the time earnings are a gamble-play (see GOOG, "who'd thunken"). So maybe CAT will fill that gap to 110 before earnings, who knows and then take a dive.
SHLD unreal squeeze, touched the ma50 and that was the resistance. It could be resistance now after gap closed and so much up/ overbought but if it breaks above ma50 on Monday, more pain for shorts: http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=shld It's a stock with low public float and tons of shorts in it.
