They wouldn't call it #6 if it wasn't #6 or worse.
No offense, but what you "think" or "saw" (and God only knows what JBI showed you), doesn't speak to the chemical composition of what they call #6 oil. Unless you happened to have a mass spectrometer and liquid chromatography lab hooked up to your eyewear, you can't infer anything about the molecular structures within a bottle of gunk just by looking at it.
Furthermore, sulfur content is actually irrelevant with respect to the reasons why NYC is banning that toxic goo. Read the articles I've been posting.
