That description of #6 fuel oil does not apply to what JBII produces. I think their fuel could obtain an exemption. Nothing I saw looked like what was described. I do not think you would find any of the metal contaminants and we know the sulfur content is negligible.

The market for what JBII is selling is plenty big. There are plenty of buyers outside of NYC.
