Justafy7, very well said. I for one probably have not invested as much as you or others here, but I have the same senitments and I do know that my investment alone would cover Dev's prize package.

About the SEC filling. I've never done one, what is the offense? I've never talked to Tony or emailed him, I have no recorded conversations. I bought ENTI for a quick trade and then got stuck, but then had hope in the product, bought more for the Divi and tried to average down. But in a "let the buyer beware" market, what would I file the complaint about.

By the way, this is a serious question as I want to file a complaint, this is not some "I still support Tony and he's done nothing wrong" attempt to argue with your point. :-)

Justafy, i am in the same boat as you pal, i will file a complaint also, but the downside is they will shut these stocks down.. anyway [e-mail] hope you get this..

I too am in the same boat as you. I have not posted in a while and have waited for thing to get going. I am sick at what has transpired here. I truly trusted Tony and believed his good intentions. I can't believe his actions, he is supposed to be a man of honour and integrity and this is what he does. Not even a podcast. I have put a sell order in at .0001 hoping to my last 3000 dollars. I too have invested more than I can afford to lose but may this be a lesson learned.

What saddens me more is that Enti/Ptel had some solid investors that believed in the concept and business plan, that are truly good people, and if we had been told that he needed money we would of helped him as long as progress was being shown. I truly feel betrayed at this point.

I too will be seeking legal advice next week to proceed to legal action. This is not going down without a fight. Sorry Tony.
