Kaitnick~~~~~ I respect your opinion, but possibly you have not lost the 'SERIOUS" amount of money here that some have. I agree with you about the non-stop remarks and I personally was raised better than to curse at people for their evil ways. All involved in this I'm sure will be judged and punished as we all will for our sins and wrong doing of others. You have never or will you ever read a post of mine using abusive or foul language, but that does not mean that I am not extremely upset to the point of actually being very sick over this situation. I invested way more than I could afford to loose, never thinking in a worse case scenario that I would ever loose it all. I am sick, sick, sick over what has transpired and will take the remainder of the week and weekend to try and pull my emotions together so next week I can start legal proceedings. I just can't let the amount of money I've lost just evaporate without a legal fight, plus I feel like I have quite a bit of ammunition to use in my case, possibly more than some. I am a very organized person by nature and learned keep and record important things that were said and promised. I really hate to hear people say that Tony did not have the money to award the prizes. He likely had enough money to give us all a Big Screen TV. There has just been too much investors money that just evaporated for Tony to have not ended up with quite a bit of it. If not. where do you think all of our money went? I also truly wish more investors would file a complaint with the SEC and maybe others will find some form of justice as well. My opinion is that investors shouldn't complain about loosing their money if they are not willing to file a simple complaint. This is all just my opinion. Take care.
