Maybe the DOE is in on it as well. It would make sense. Allowing JBI to succeed in generating dirt-cheap oil from Twinky wrappers would discombobulate the entire global socioeconomic status of the petroleum-industrial complex.

Anyhow, if DOE is in on it, then you would have to go outside of the US, preferably to a non-OPEC country. Maybe Israel might have some grownups who would listen to your story?

The first part of that is generally true. The second, not so much.
Once the SEC corresponds with a company regarding a given *FILING*, as it has with JBI regarding a number of filings, ALL correspondence is filed with Edgar until the SEC finishes corresponding.

Now, how about providing just one real *FACT* to support this imaginary one:
"FACT: someone has been busy
in regards to this issue re: the sec
correspondence"

Then be "done with this *thread*".
