The first part of that is generally true. The second, not so much.
Once the SEC corresponds with a company regarding a given *FILING*, as it has with JBI regarding a number of filings, ALL correspondence is filed with Edgar until the SEC finishes corresponding.

Now, how about providing just one real *FACT* to support this imaginary one:
"FACT: someone has been busy
in regards to this issue re: the sec
correspondence"

Then be "done with this *thread*".
