The 4th Qtr ended 18 days ago. Insiders must have a
pretty good idea about what the financials look like
by now. If they are converting the safer series for
shares they can sell now for 1/3 less, they are bailing
out, pure and simple. Remember, they are not warrants,
they paid nothing in the first place.
