And that's just you speculating and you don't have the volume to back up your claim. I doubt the "insiders" need to wait for the quarterly to know how the company is doing. And why didn't these people convert at .03 and sell at .05, .06 or .07 if the plan was just to bail?

Before I say this, I admit I know nothing!

I think they know the share price is going up, and they don't want to be stuck with the restrictions of the preferred shares. I do not believe this is a bad omen .. portends well for the immediate future, the way I see it. Yes, they have insider info: you decide if it's positive or negative. I'm looking for good news soon to propel this share price upward.
