I am not talking about buying calls and put in open market. I know how option works. I got bunch myself from work. Anything above the exercise price is my gain. If stock says below exercise price i loose nothing. May be you misunderstood my point. Company does not charge me anything for these option grants. I assume LBSR management compensation structure is same.
Unless LBSR management are not paid any salary then may be i misunderstood their compensation strucutre.
