"option holders don't loose anything if stock goes to zero"......if this were true, everybody in the world would own options ( because you think they are free, magically given away?) and BE RICH!!

Some officers of LBSR were paid for their work with stock options. These options only have value above the Exercise Price and they have Expiration Dates. The Directors have to pay LBSR the Exercise PPS and the amount ABOVE the Exercise Price is their payment for services.

Your statements indicate a much deeper misunderstanding of Business operations.
