I think they do want to sell higher, but keep in mind that at .0125, they make 25% above conversion. That's not bad for a few days. I don't know any more than anybody else, but experience tells me it doesn't look good.

For full disclosure, I bought in at .014 and .024 earlier in '11...held through the high, sold a small portion at .074, filled up again at .052, and finally sold all at .047. I have been watching ever since and haven't found a suitable reentry. At this point, I don't know if I see one any time soon. Not bashing, just giving my opinion. I know that there are a lot of people here in deep and I hope for their sakes that I'm wrong.

As insiders, they know that this stock is going to
subpenny and they need to convert to common
stock and sell it quick or it will be worthless. The
volume shows that has been going on for some
time, market makers are feeding these shares in
as dilution goes on.
