Nobody knows if this is good or bad as we don't know the motivation for converting (could be to get out quick......could be to have a lower basis/more upside).

Anyone who definitively states they know is just blantantly pumping/bashing.

Personally (I'm long) I think this is ANOTHER worrisome piece to the puzzle.
