but they haven't sold anything yet.. their preferred shares were just converted to "common", so now they CAN sell just like the rest of us on open market.. do you think they want to sell at .005? or maybe much higher if a good news report propels this upward?

Yep. Definitely sounds like they don't think the stock is worth .03 per share anytime soon.
