my post was not referencing KBLB announcing results of a commercial deal, i understand why you can not PR a potential deal (everyone should). my post was concerning why is KBLB mum on PR'ing the PNAS article and lab succes. that may have not been clear.
i referenced the commerical deal only to question why would a deal place a gag order on PR'ing lab success.
