Fred, it's one of two things:

it's a common enemy and nothing else matters,

or, they simply don't think their own ABB rhetoric through to the point where they would realize the accusations they are leveling at other people.

I don't think these liberals are the least bit evil or anti-semitic - in general, just misguided and shallow. Too many talking points, not enough independent thought.

I happen to believe it is a symptom of liberalism in general. Whereby, it is taught the common good is better than the individual good.

easymoney took a lot of flak a couple weeks back for being anti-semetic. I didn't think she was, quite frankly. I just thought she was so clouded by her incessant conspiracy theorizing, that she lost a great deal of her ability to think independently.

Santorum is waging jihad on working mothers, liberals, birth control and on and on. There's fringe on both sides. Everyone else is somewhere in the middle.

Many expect Hillary to run in 08. She wrote a book, It Takes a Village. Santorum wrote It Takes a Family. Santorum must be planning a run too. His far right ideology is his political eulogy in Penn. He's playing to the broader base of conservatives.
