capted... I have inquired and I can tell you there are no plans to do a reverse split. Again, if you want some answers, pick up the phone and call the company instead of trying to sell your boats and sites on this message board.

As I recall from an earlier post, you had not submitted any proposal to the company... have you?

Dear Capted:

The technology of this company is suspect and cannot show a "proof of concept" in waters deeper than a FISH TANK! We have all been waiting many years for "something/anything"... Don't hold your breath unless you are in the midst of a dive for the gold!

There appears to be about 200 million plus shares "GIVEN AWAY" to
greedy lenders, in "private deals" at a fraction of the price most paid at market. The one employee has to put his cards on the table and open the books. We are being sold into at every chance by those who got shares at a fraction in return for monies paid or "loaned" to UNDR. At the current market price, with the price of gold hovering at the $1,600+ level, anyone could buy this company for chump change, if it was real. That is if you want to duke it out with ADMR, which has it's own problems, for rights to use an unproven technology. Simply put, trade your shares for a gold sensor device that attaches to your arm and walk the beaches, or parks... Bet you find something sooner..

Seriously, we should all communicate off this site and see how many shares we all hold. The act in concert... and see what the truth is. Or would you rather lose all your hard earned money??? Pls respond >>>>>
