The full bags have long since found a new home. I was just thinking this cozy retirement job won't be as cozy when IDTA must pay taxes to Israel finally. My hunch is this play will drift until then. Then watch the transparency as they roll back with a hefty R/S and a changing of the guard management wise. That's my expectation anyway John. Think about it this stock is one step below the gray market! That's one slippery slope and no solution in sight.
Wasn't the CEO talking about a new listing two weeks after new year? Find it hard to listen with any enthusiasm every deadline predictably missed while management simply fail to put Identa on an even keel. It all suggests to me he's ticking off the days to retirement then you will see another bag holder in the form of new management using this shell a for something entirely different. MHO at least who knows vits. The Identa light has been on for years but when is anybody home?
My guess (pure speculation on my part) is Randy Jacobs is the beneficiary once Identa delists. Which ever way it ends my hunch is another year of brain numbing bafflegab then lights out with bag holders finally waking up when it's too late under Chapter 11. JMO vits Talk to you later :-)
