IOM I am confused about what is happening here. The company claimed to have a subsidiary
called Rebel Networks and issues press releases indicating so and then on 12/20/2011
announces that it is only now that it has now completed the acquisition.

ADHC states it has partnered with Practice Fusion and then corrects itself after apparently
been notified by Practice Fusion that they have not partnered with ADHC.

Now we are informed that they have partnered with Mcafee to provide email etc. security.
Did they buy Mcafee anti virus protection for their computer and calls it "partnered" ?

I would really appreciate been straighten out about my suspicion on the press releases been
put out. I hope this is not another penny scam stock.
