PsD, I have seen a lot of your posts on the cgaq board. Glad to have you here. ADHC has been slow on some things and too fast on others. These upcoming months will be interesting to watch. Rebel Networks has office products to release, the new business plan should be coming shortly, and the quarterly report will show the revenues from Rebel Networks. I really think management will not drop the ball again like with their Practice Fusion press release. Things are finally starting to line up for the company and should be a great year.

How could you not be suspicious? I have always approached ADHC as a high risk. All the questions you asked are dead on, and any DD you do will be real helpful to the board and investors.

First -The acquisition of Rebel took place early last year, and The completion of the deal with Rebel was financialy finished before the 12/20/11 date.. in terms of revenue rollover into ADHC. Terms have not been disclosed and will be in the upcoming financials. Make of it what you will.

Discussions took place with Practice Fusion and ADHC took the liberty to put forth a PR stating "Partner"..A bunch of us took to the phones and Practice Fusion did not like the wording. PR retracted. Practice Fusion offers many apps for free as a data service.. updates on health apps coming.

Mcafee speaks of the cloud application that Rebel is offering,and is a nice piece of the puzzle.. Businesses frequently cite the potential for data loss as the number one reason for holding back on the implementation of Cloud computing solutions. With the integration of the latest capabilities, the McAfee Cloud Security Platform addresses this concern..

What partnerships Rebel has is important PR's.

.0006 and .0008 and .0012 is where im STACKED. When they show the financials to smart guys like yourself. I get paid and then some, and if they dont. I will be scalping my way to free shares. I like what I see here and I know from past trading that others will follow suit with ADHC doing what they say they are doing. Good luck to us all!!
