Did'nt MrchntDeth post a message that he was into something and would not be posting due to it?
I think he is involved with a legal issue and can not say anything on this board due to confidential issues he may have signed.
There maybe an attempt to wrest this from the FkingBtch who wears the black robes and into a court where a more legal minded judge can take over and finally rule for the DIMEQ holders.
