Yes he did post 5912 would be nice to PM him to see if there is anything we can do. I can not do the PM or I would. Also sounds like wall-street may do something like appeal.

I think there is also a objection due date for the LTW stipulation settlement that we could object to - if I would have good facts to object too then I would send one myself.

I think he is involved with a legal issue and can not say anything on this board due to confidential issues he may have signed.
