It came through on my optionsXpress account - it is found under "shareholder services" which is a tab that exists on the portfolio and activity screens.
The format of the screen is a ballot format, and the e-mail I received indicated that there was some required action on this item. However, there was no required action (vote) after carefully reading the form. This was just the format - the way these items are delivered to shareholders. Basically it was a presentation of the stockholders letter to me. The letter does confirm that the split will be 1:150.
I am not a seasoned trader, and I have never tried to fool anyone on this fact. This was just the first time I had seen this form and it initially looked as if there was a vote to be taken that would be due on the 26th and a meeting to be held on the 27th. There were voting instructions if you held your cursor over a certain icon on the screen and so forth. However, a vote is not required, it is simply the format of this page, and it actually is quite clear upon further review.
Again, the important point here is that the split is 1:150.
