I would be surprised...
Presler and Dempsey ...150W TDP?
I expect these to be much lower TDP... like less than 100, unless Intel decides to ramp speeds much higher than I expect. Do you have some reference for that TDP number? However, I do expect Paxville and Tulsa (dual core server on 90nm) to push a TDP number of 150 or more.
