Actually, I am still trying to determine if this is a voting item, or informational only item.

There are voting options, and a voting deadline of 1/26/2012 (if by proxy). Physical meeting will be 1/27/2012. (So maybe just an annual shareholder's meeting will be held on that date?)

Voting options are FOR, AGAINST, or ABSTAIN, but there is a note that says informational only. So it is confusing at the moment.

I am thinking it is informational only - more like what I expected.

Still the letter confirms 1:150 split.
