No, not at all. From the standpoint of any further dilution (not our hope), 1:1000 is much worse. I'm just speculating that 1:150 won't deter the MM's or shorts, and it certainly doesn't address any concerns about brokers who don't like pennies. I'm taking the PR at face value. The ball's in Mark's court.
