Ok, so you did not read it carefully. The letter (fax) said, the Board of Directors meeting was held on december 15. And they WILL hold a meeting for vote the R/S, with the shareholders.
So I assume something come up and they will hold the meeting in 27/01/12 january instead.
I got my e-mail from my brokerage firm today 12/01/12, 9:00 New York time. (I live in Europe so I have to calculate it in the web.)
