and im a shareholder since early 2011 making it almost a year .. and i did'nt receive any e-vote or letter ? so a shareholder from only November gets a notice ? where is the info coming from ? just odd ... IMO

What is the significance of being a shareholder from November, may I ask? 2010, or 2011? Some here have mid to high seven figure share counts. So, what's your secret?

Read again please!! I am a real shareholder, from 2011 november so my brokerage firm send me this e-mail:

Important shareholder information for Tytan Holdings, Inc. is now available to you online in your account number. Access to the important shareholder information for Tytan Holdings, Inc. may include a voting ballot, an annual report, and a proxy statement for the shareholders as of 12/22/2011. Please access this information by logging on to your account and visiting the shareholder services section located on your activity and positions pages.

In the sharholder services section (in my account) I find a letter called Tytan letter to shareholders. In this letter ther is a copy of a regular meeting of Board of Directors. They say "purpose of the meeting: Reversal of Tytan Holdings common stock one share for every hundred and fifty shares..."

So, it is a fact!!!!!!!!

Out of curiousity. When was the letter mailed to you and when was the vote due?
