personally, I never understood why people take their PRECIOUS time in life to cut-down a stock or the people that buy that stock. Life is short! Really short for some of us--ones that don't make it to 80-100 years of age. If I do not like a stock, I find a board where I do agree with the general consensus.

Some people don't like people posting deceptive or misleading information for their own personal gain. That is why they will spend the time.

Chisox, the DD in finding the ammendment was good DD, but you are now overreaching to conclusions that are not based on fact.
We all know that going strictly by last quarterly filings is not good DD and is always lagging even if you are talking about a fortune 500 company. Current info is often obtained through other sources including PR's or whatever. To claim that the company is diluting when their PR's and communications with company officers and IR say the opposite I think should be defined as bashing, as you have less than nothing to back up those facts in the face of all communications saying the opposite. Unless this is a complete 100% scam, which it is reasonable to think it is not with the associations this company has, you are now as I said, "overreaching conclusions" and off base. Your DD was welcome, but you need to keep it real.
