thanks watchdog, that clears THAT up re what will happen to the 8+ mil shares of GEIV that NWAU will own...when you say "the only and I mean ONLY, tradable shares will be held by the current shareholders of GEIV" you mean the only tradeable shares of GEIV. NWAU will continue to trade, right?
