Their announced plan is as follows
"The 8,157,661 shares will be distributed, after registration, to the NowAuto, Inc. shareholders. NowAuto Group will file the SB-2 registration statement sometime in late August or September."
The SB-2 filing can register the restricted shares so they can be traded, but this is the most scrutinized SEC filing in existence and can take months to complete and be approved. Oh yeah, and approval is not likely with this deal as it now stands. In the mean time the only and I mean ONLY, tradable shares will be held by the current shareholders of GEIV.
