I do think the Air Force has kinetic weapons at its disposal to do the job without refitting B-61 bombs as make-shift RNEP's.

The Air Force has such weapons in inventory. We all know the Army does (via it's stockpile of depleted uranium rounds).

In any event, I'm hoping it doesn't come down to combat period...but again if it does, I'm thinking the Obama Administration will be using a conventional solution to the problem, rather than a nuclear one....
