Based on this presentation, the theme of Samsung presentation this year is convergence: convergence of accessibility from any Samsung device to any other:
show pictures taken from your phone on your tv, use your tablet as a universal remote control to play videos taken from your camera to the screen of your tv, send a shopping list from your fridge to your husband's phone...
all this through the cloud and the Samsung App store -chockful of 3D content (movies, documentaries...)to complement the lacking 3D content from our regular TV providers - , obviously with the hardware security architecture provided by Wave, so your neighbors phone doesn't start video casting their activities onto your TV...or so your credit card purchase of streamed video content doesn't end in the wrong hands or on the wrong screen... it makes great sense...
Looking forward to the literature that will confirm all this speculation...
Now, how does Wave get paid for the service: possibly a "per-connected item" fee paid by Samsung?! Your comments?
