Phil...there are/were only 32 stockholders per the last K. It also said that there were $0 of shares owned by non-affiliates. That tells me that all 1.5 mil shares are very tightly held. Take off 2 shareholders for the 5.3 mil shares & you got 1.5 ml shares owned by 30 people...an average of 50,000 shares/person. A clean shell.
